Once handset is lifted, the set will start calling to a certain telephone number. This service is registered and cancelled by a station operator of KazTransCom at request of subscriber.
Access to Intercity Communication Through Personal Password
This service enables subscriber to set a personal password for the use of intercity communication that makes it impossible for other people to use the intercity communication without a password.
Access to International Communication Through Personal Password
This service enables subscriber to set a personal password for the use of international communication that makes it impossible for other people to use the international communication without a password.
Incoming Call Forwarding at Non-response
In case of subscriber absence, incoming call is automatically forwarded to another preliminary set telephone number (city or mobile one).
Incoming Call Forwarding When the Line is Busy
When the subscriber’s line is busy, incoming call is automatically forwarded to another preliminary set telephone number (city or mobile one).
Incoming Call Unconditional Forwarding
Automatic forwarding of all incoming calls to another preliminary set telephone number (city or mobile one) regardless of the line type and status (free or busy).
New Call Message
This service enables a client, when talking with any subscriber, to know about another incoming call by a short tone signal and switch to another subscriber. Once the talk is over, the subscriber may switch back to continue talking with subscriber one. This service is registered and cancelled by a station operator of KazTransCom at request of subscriber.
This service enables subscriber to speak simultaneously with two people. This service is registered and cancelled by a station operator of KazTransCom at request of subscriber.
This service enables client to get alarm at the preset time.
When called subscriber’s line is busy, the service enables to determine automatically when the line is free. The client hears a signal and once the handset is lifted it is connecting to the subscriber.
Dialing the Last Incoming Call
Calling to the last incoming subscriber using a short combination of keys.
Dialing the Last Outcoming Call
It is possible to call to the last outcoming call using a short combination of keys.
This service enables the user to make a list of prohibited incoming numbers. The called subscriber will not receive any calls. The calling subscriber hears “busy” signal. It is possible to arrange refusal of incoming calls from anonymous subscribers.
This service enables the user to set a message of called subscriber unavailability. Client who has set the unavailability message may use his telephone set without any restrictions.
A possibility to combine client’s correspondents into groups (family, VIP, etc.). Each of the groups may be assigned a certain call tune. It is possible to make a group setting of incoming call processing (forwarding, voice messages, etc.).
“Do not disturb” Function
All callers hear “busy” signal. Client who has set the “busy” mode may use telephone without any restrictions.
It is possible to select an internal numeration at the discretion of client. Degree 3 – 6 numeration is available.
This service enables to assign a certain telephone number to each of the keys of telephone set and call a required subscriber using the keys.
Conversation Transfer to Another Line
This service enables the user to transfer conversation to another subscriber’s number.
Incoming/Outcoming Communication Locking/Unlocking
It is possible to lock/unlock the incoming/outcoming subscriber/s communication.
Number Identification (“Caller ID”)
Using the standard “Caller ID”, telephone set does not “pick up the phone” to identify number. Therefore, caller does not pay for abandoned call. Moreover, as regards from CLIP (calling line identification presentation), all subscribers; numbers including mobile telephone numbers are identified.
Calling Line Identification Restriction
This service enables the user to restrict identification of the called party number on the telephone set of the called party. In this case, number will not display on telephone set even if number identification (“Caller ID”) function has been activated.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
This services enables the user to respond incoming calls using a recorded message without involvement of operator, deliver necessary information to subscribers, provide specific services in an automatic reply mode, request additional data from subscriber required for calls processing.
Arrangement of a group of telephone lines that may answer the incoming call to any of the numbers within the “Pick-up” group. Each number may be entered into several “Pick-up” groups.
If the calling subscriber is unavailable, the call is forwarded following a certain scheme. If the second line is unavailable, the call of forwarded to another number following the scheme. Client is provided with several scenarios of call distribution within the group.
Waiting for Answer and Listening Music
This service enables to listen any music file or voice message while waiting for response from the called subscriber.
It allows to join several lines using one number for all incoming calls. In this case, telephone exchange solely finds a free line. Clients of company need to remember only one telephone number instead of several ones.
This service enables the users to create, keep, send and receive voice messages. Each subscriber is provided with a mail box and password. Client may solely set conditional or unconditional forwarding to voice mail. The system is responsible for calls and receives messages if the client is absent or busy and sends messages to the subscriber’s mail box.
